Payment Options
We (Kerrato) accept payments via the following modes:
- Domestic and international credit or debit cards that are part of the Visa, Mastercard, Rupay and American Express network
- Unified Payment Interface (UPI) such as Google Pay
- Payment Wallets such as Paytm
- Net banking from select banks (the full list is available at the time of payment, before completing the transaction)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) collected by our logistics partner at the time of delivery.
Please note that for Visa and MasterCard you will require to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and a 3-digit CVV number while making the payment. The transaction will appear on your credit card statement or bank statement as a payment to Scinuvo Consumer Products LLP / Razorpay.
Pricing Policy
The product prices listed are current and updated. However, the prices are subject to change from time to time without prior notice. All orders on this website are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) and the prices are inclusive of all taxes. Our products are liable for GST in India. All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect, at the time of order placement.

Any information you enter when transacting on this website is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties.
International Billing
We accept payment in international currency through Paypal and International Debit/Credit Card.

All our deliveries are managed by reliable third-party courier services. Please note, once the order leaves our warehouse and is in the courier's care, we are not liable for any shipping delays.

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. Enjoy hassle-free delivery without any additional cost.
3. Estimated Shipping Time:
Delivery times may vary based on your location but generally take 3 to 5 working days. Our primary warehouse is located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. You can estimate the delivery time based on this location.
4. International Shipping:
While international shipping is not directly available through our website, we can accommodate such requests. Please contact us via WhatsApp for personalized international shipping arrangements.
For international deliveries, please be aware of the potential for additional taxes and duties, which are beyond our control. As the recipient, you are responsible for complying with the laws of your country and any associated costs.
RETURN POLICY
1. Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase, in the same condition as received, and undamaged.
2. Refund Process:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. For credit card refunds, please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing.
3. Damaged Goods:
If your product arrives damaged, please provide proof for a full refund, including shipping costs. For voluntary returns of undamaged products, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility, with refund eligibility determined after product inspection.
4. Late or Damaged Returns:
Products returned after 30 days or in a damaged state are not eligible for a refund.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
6. Missing Items - Unboxing Video Requirement:
In cases where a customer wishes to claim a refund for a missing item, an unboxing video is required. This video should capture the entire process of opening the package to help us swiftly address and resolve the issue.
