If you don’t eat fish, you can get these similar nutrients from flaxseeds, walnuts, soybean oil, etc.

Sweet potatoes

Sweet potatoes contain beta-carotene, an essential mineral. It is also full of antioxidants. It’s a good source of vitamin A. Vitamin A deficiency can lead to a flaky, itchy scalp. So, add a lot more of sweet potatoes to your diet to ensure a healthy scalp environment.
